I have one gallon of cranberry wine started. I have it in secondary ferment and the sediment looks like its growing up the sides. It looks like a streak growing about half way up the carboy. It kind of looks like a heart monitor graph. Has anyone ever experienced this problem before?

yeast

i have had this happen many times with grape wines it's just yeat sticking to the glass dont worry be happy

Not being a fruit wine maker, I'm not sure that this will help, but....

Give the jug a quick back and forth twist. Usually the sediment will release from the glass and start to settle.
