So I made a batch of this tonight:
4 Gal Tree Top Apple Juice
1 Gal Ocean Spray Cranberry
2 # Dextrose (corn sugar)
Wyeast 3068
SG 1.072
Will let ya know how it comes out!

Ok so I think it has stopped bubbling through the tube. My question now would be, what about all the gunk that built up on the glass? Try to clean it off? Leave it be? Rack it when it is below 1.020 so it can finish in a cleaner enviroment?
 
Rack it when its 1.010. Then clean the carboy with a carboy brush.
It looks like you have alot of head space which is to much. Do you have smaller carboys to rack into?
 
I would get yourself a 1" blow off tube for fermenting in carboys. That little hose can get clogged very easily and make a mess of your ceiling, trust me!!!!!!!!!! the 1" hose will fit tight into your 3-6.5 gallon carboy.

It was kind of an emegency rig, that is my siphon tube that came with my kit. I came home to it bubbling out of the airlock, so had to do something fast. It has since mellowed out a bit, still what I would call beer head on top though. At least it has sunk down below the top of my carboy.
