Hi there !
The yeast which I use , produces vigorously H2S in presence of Sucrose .
I think it's because the Cane sugar is purified by SO2 and that bothers my yeast .
Therefore , I decided to use Corn sugar ( Dextrose ) .
I'd like to know if I can use the Hydrometer Table which is used for measuring
the amount of sugar to be added , by using Dextrose OR that's only for Cane sugar ?!
