My kitchen scale doesn't seem to be sensitive enough to ferret out 2gm of Tannin Riche. I took a stab and added about a 1 TSB/6gal but wondered if anybody had a quick conversion

Here are my notes on Tannin Riche. No source for me to cite here, IIRC I measured out a package to get these numbers:

3.5g tannin riche = 1T; 1t = 1.167g; 1t/3gal is 10g/hL

+1 with @Stressbaby. I had 1 TBS measure at 3.8 grams, but I think mine was exposed to some moisture due to not storing an open baggie properly. Plus I lent out my calibration weights and have yet to see them come back (and can't remember who I gave them to since it was some time ago), so I'm unsure if my scale is still calibrated properly (seems okay, but that doesn't mean much without the weights).
