This coming harvest will be my 7th. I’ve made a lot of wine and a lot of different varietals. I made Chardonnay a few years, a few Roses, and spent $1,800 per ton for Viognier last year. The ‘17 Chard and the ‘18 Vio are being judged at the CA State Fair. The family voted for Skeeter Pee this year. They really like it. I’m good with lemon juice and sugar this year! I haven’t made it since 2014, so I dusted off my notes.
