Cloudy after adding campden?

I currently have a 3 gallon batch of strawberry wine going. After the second rack, I added campden tabs per the directions (along with a like wine to top off).
Before I added them, the wine was clearing beautifully! After adding, it is now very cloudy/ hazy.
In hindsight, I don't think I crushed them enough, as it is now two weeks later and (although much has dissolved) there are STILL a few particles at the top.
Everything I've read said they will eventually dissolve but I can't help but get a little worried.

So I guess my question is, could adding the campden cause it to become cloudy?
How do I remedy this?
This is my very first batch, so I basically have no idea what I'm doing.
Any help would be appreciated.

the added wine might be cause but most likely a pectin haze. rack wine and add pectin per dosage instructions. k-meta at this point would not hurt.

Oh goodness, I didn't even consider the added wine ‍♀️
I had thought of adding a second dose of the pectic enzyme but wasn't sure if it was the right move.
I'll give it a try!
