Beginner wine maker here. I have been waiting for my wine to clear before bottling. I have not added stabilizer, but I am worried it looks too dark. Has this gone bad?

That is what typical white wine looks like when you have it in bulk. You are just not used to seeing it with such a long optical path length. Here is some reading for you: Beer–Lambert law - Wikipedia
