Citric acid

Would you agree these are the same products and can be used in combination with K-Meta for sanitizing? I called Ball and was told their product is 100% citric acid.

Yes they are citric, the US labeling laws require accurate listing of ingredient, if there was a diluting agent as wine see with instant dry drink mixes it has to be on the label. ,,,,, also citric is a really cheap ingredient, there wouldn’t be a lot of point putting anything else in the package.

I just bought a 5 lb bag from a kitchen supply place, says it's 100% citric acid. But it was $22.00 which is more expensive than I remember.

The Ball variety at Walmart is almost 15 ounces for $5.75. So you did better than that.

Yep, bulk is always the ticket. My son also uses it to clean his aquarium parts plus I don't believe it goes bad.

I believe the Ball product has silicon dioxide as an anticaking agent, according to the label less than 2%.
