Hi all -

Stupid question. I'm planning out my spring, and want to make a white. I'm looking at my usual local sources of Chilean grapes and juice, and it seems they only list reds as grapes available. Is this universal? Are Chilean whites only available as buckets?

Thanks.

I've generally seen whites being offered as juice rather than the grapes themselves. I can't say I've never seen whites being offered as grapes, but I can't recall ever seeing it either. I'm sure it is technically possible to bring in refrigerated grapes, but enough of a market may not be there for it. (Especially since you'd be immediately crushing and pressing them into juice yourself.)
