I went big this spring and bought 4 buckets of Chilean juice. This is the 3rd harvest I am making wine from juice(2nd Chilean). Something odd this time as all 4 buckets had same starting brix of 22. Pinot Noir, Cab Sauv, Pinot Grigio, Sauv Blanc. I left them as is but I was thinking the reds should have been a little higher based on past years and last year the Pinot Noir was 27 brix It just seems odd that all 4 buckets had the same O.G. They just finished primary and I think they all taste really good so far. My goal is just to make a drinkable tasty wine as I haven't hit an elite level yet with my taste buds.
