Wanted - Chestnut staves/chips

I've got a batch of hard cider that I'd like to let rest on chestnut, like a traditional English cider. A barrel would be nice but it's not in the cards. Anybody got a source for some staves or chips. This would be sweet chestnut (Castanea sativa) not American chestnut (Castanea dentata).

Ah, well. You win some. you lose some. I emailed 2 specialty lumber places nearby that sell it, but one had nothing in stock and the other ha a $200 minimum order. Looks like oak is the ticket.
