Just finished bottling and capsules for my Cherry wine. Final taste before bottling was a nice semi sweet Door CO. cherry wine. Didn't sweeten the second time. I hope this isn't going to haunt me in a few months.

Did my final rack on my red plum wine. Tasted fantastic! Added the finishing sweetner this time. Will bottle soon! Any thoughts on a finish sweetening fruit wines?
 
Dont quite understand the question here, are you asking what sg we typically sweeten to or what we use to sweeten with?

:? to. For sweetening disolve sugar into some of the wine slightly warmed in a pot. I haven't sweetened higher than 1.020
