Hi All. I am new here and this is my first post. I made one batch of wine in late 2002. It was a kit Riesling. It's ok and I have a couple bottles left. I am going to start a batch of some kind of fruit wine in a couple weeks. Maybe plum or peach. I am leaning towards the peach.

Anyways I found all my wine making stuff and have found the following chemicals in powder form. Yeast Nutrient, Acid Blend, Campden Tablets. Seeing that they are 7 years old, should I pitch them and buy new?

seeing as how they are so cheap t replace, i wouldnt take the chances...others will come along with probally better advice, im still rather new to this LOL!

I suppose that's the best. Start again with all fresh. They can't be that expensive.

I would toss them Chemicals are cheap. Why take a chance?
