Just pitched the yeast for this kit. First kit with a big squishy pack of grapes.
Hope it turns out nicely!
 
I was very surprised that Pinot Noir would have grape skins. Im pretty sure its th only company that does it with this wine.
 
I was suprised too. Even came with a packet of enzyme to add at sg 1.030 or day 10-12.

I am also wondering how this wine is working out for you as I am really intrigued by the CC pinot noir and am really hoping that it turns out fantastically.
