Most of you know I had a helluva time getting this cranberry/pomegrante to ferment. If I didn't have all of you backing me up and offering your help it would have been thrown out in a violent manner long before now.
Only time will tell the end result, for all I know, it may be junk, though I feel this will not be the case. But if I had gave up and not listened to the advice given to me, I wouldn't be writing this with a positive attitude.
In conclusion..if you think you can make your own wine by yourself, and worse, go against the advice given, you may be in here for a long time asking the same questions. Go for it, but someone may have tried to " tell you so".
I am sold on using a starter as opposed to just rehydrating yeast in warm water.
