i make only country wines, although i like sweet white wines, or dessert wines I guess that is what traditional wines are called,, {grape) but anyway,,, i make any fruit/berry I can get my hands own, and they taste ok, but I set back at least 2/3's of each batch both bottle and mainly in carboys, after a couple three years, I always wonder , who fixed my wines, Time really changes wine like magic,,, when i was young i heard a old carpenter say caulk, putty and paint makes a carpenter what he ain't, I recon time makes me what I ain't,,, heck who knows some day,, I might try to craft some grape wine, lol,, sweet of course,27992_451987141531893_1628994034_n.jpg
