Is there anything wrong with topping up using juice?

For example, right now I have a 1 gallon batch of Welch's Concorde grape from concentrate going. When I rack it, can I top up with some Welch's Grape I just made up or have in my fridge?

I have heard of using water, water & honey, wine, and vodka to top up, but what about just using more of the same juice the wine is made from in the first place.

Thanks in advance.

Yes you can but be sure that sorbate had previously been added, otherwise the juice addition will restart fermentation. Also, you will be taking a chance on having a pectic haze of which I've read but personally I've never experienced it.
