My wine after finish ferment there no fruity and body. Can i add some concentrate to my wine to give my wine more fruity before bottling?

Yes, you can, but do so slowly and don’t overdo it. Remember that you’ll most likely be adding sugar, use potassium sorbate in the prescribed dose to prevent renewed fermentation. It’s best applied in conjunction with sulfite, and just before adding anything with sweetness.
 
do bench trials with a measured sample and measured additions. also try a simple syrup back sweetening sometimes bring out the fruit flavor.
 
ifbrix are negative fermentation is complete. chances are you are seeing CO2 venting. rack into another carboy add airlock wait three days and rack again off of gross less add k-meta
