I put some camden tabs when I first started. I've been letting it set in the carboy since the end of July and don't plan on bottling till around the end of December. Will it be fine to wait and add tablets when I get ready to bottle?

Assuming its racked and clear, no lees not even dusting on bottom of carboy yes. But you should be adding at every racking

If I understand the question, the recommended dosage is once every 3 months for bulk storage.

You should always add sulite(campden) right after fermentation is done to protect your wine from oxidising and after that its best to check your S02 levels ith a test kit like Accuvn but if you dont want to get that technical then add 1 tablet per gallon or 1/4 tsp per 6 gallon batch every 3-4 months.
