Cabernet Sauvignon?

Can anyone comment on Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon juice. Im thinking of getting a bucket along with my 3 merlots to give it a try but wanted to hear how it came out from anyone who has done this one, Thanks.
 
Steve, from personal experience it would be difficult to give a definitive answer. My experience with Chilean juice is that it varies markedly from year to year. One year I made a Cabernet Sauvignon and it was one of the best I have ever made. The next year I tried it again and the wine was mediocre at best. I find California and Italian juices (available in the fall) more consistent in meeting expectations. This is just my experience and this year may be a great year. So you "pays you money and you takes your chances."
 
I have made the Chilean Carmenere several times, I have blended with the merlot also, I like it better than the can sav.
