Bunch bags: Yay or nay?

I've been tossing up the use of bags when my vines start bearing fruit in a couple of years, as I'm trying to limit the use of pesticides as my yard borders a protected wetlands and we have a bazillion birds around the place. Given that I only have 90-odd vines, is there any other disadvantage other than labour? I couldn't care less how much time I put into anything to do with the vines, so are they worth it? My vineyard is a part of our backyard and there is an entertaining area beside it, so I'd rather not have nets over everything for a month and half every summer,

Do the math, you can have 5000 clusters of grapes. Plus the grapes will have more color and tannin and less acid if they are exposed to the sun.

Polyphenol maturation is related to sun exposure.
Expect the tannins to be more green~ bitter
Expect pigments to stay green colored..

I did this for my elderberries and (table) grapes this season. They worked well for keeping the birds off but were no match when a couple of bears climbed my fence. They ate all my peaches too
