Budding in January!

Hi!
I have a young vine that I clipped from an existing vine and grew over the summer. I brought it indoors for the winter to prevent it from freezing and I just noticed it's budding! Should I let it be or bring it to my shed to force dormancy again?

Is it bad if I continue to let it grow until the weather is nice outdoors?

it depends on the root development. sometimes budding occurs just from watering the plant. I would keep it inside and nurse it enough to plant in the spring.
