November 8th 2006 I started a Boysenberry wine (boughten from George of course). ( I love the boysenberry syrup at the restaurants). I made it into a 3 gallon jug, added a few bananas, and just bottled it yesterday. It cleared beautifully, and is a beautiful cherry red in color. The taste has a crisp flavor and a bit of a bite to it. I would make this wine again, and add a little sweetener at the end.
 
This is 1 I havent done but always said that I will but havent heard
anyone who tried it until now, thanks. Have you tried the Black Currant?
