How long after degassing should you wait before bottling?
My wine has been bulk aging in glass carboys for 7 months(after fermentation)and has been racked twice. I want to stir the wine to see if there is trapped gas before bottling, but I am not sure how long I should wait after degassing before I bottle. Will the wine need some time to settle?

AFAIK, the only reason to allow settling is if there is sediment. So you should be able to bottle right after degassing if it is a clear wine.
