I have just added the sugar and yeast supplement to my strained blackberry must, and realised I forgot to add a campden tablet and leave for a day before doing this. I have now added the campden tablet. Will I need to add another 1/4oz yeast supplement tomorrow or should the campden tablet have no effect on the yeast

Thanks for the reply. I just didn't want mould to form. Will the yeast that I added before the campden tablet still work.
 
It might take a little longer for the yeast to get starter since you added the campdem tablet but it will start. You should stir this daily to ensure that your fermentation starts and continues. In the future just remember, you are adding k-meta at the beginning to stop any wild yeast, you don't need to worry about mold.
