Scored 6 Cellar Classic grape packs(free) today at a FOP in BC(3 CS and 3 Syrah). got home and looked at the Corney keg with 4 gallons of Blackberry wine aging and thought. Mike, why don't you add half of one of those skin pack to the blackberry for about a month of aging. Now I would love to hear another opinion because I think an idea is so good I don't see what can go wrong.

O ya CS. last seasons about 5 months. It is on nitrogen, so its safe. 0 Kmeta or sorbate, but yeast died of Alcohol poisoning. Hell fermentation could be good for flavor if it started. If it turns out I will do it again

I've seen other blends of the two fruits, i imagine it would work.. Although i might only do it to a gallon or two instead of the whole batch. I have a batch of blackberry mead from last season as well, cant imagine experimenting with all of it :)
