In April, I bottled up my first batch of black raspberry wine. I generally prefer dry wine, but not this so much. It's much better when sweetened - brings out the "berry" flavor when it's a little sweeter. So I'm wondering what to do with it. I don't want to give any away the way it is. There are about 4 - 750ml bottles and 2 - 1.5L bottles right now. Should I ..................
1. Keep it for myself and just sweeten each bottle after opening.
2. Pour them all into a carboy, back-sweeten some more, and re-bottle after stabilizing again?
3. Add them in to my next batch of black raspberry when I back-sweeten that?
4. ?? other options?

Thanks for the input. I believe I'll sweeten & drink them myself until the next batch of black raspberry is ready to sweeten - then I'll combine whatever's left and sweeten the lot.

I didn't want to over-sweeten, but it's amazing how a little extra sweetening brings out the berry flavor. Live and learn.
