I'm considering making beetroot wine as i have an excess
I have seen recipes which the beets are chopped and boiled up and the liquor used in the brew , the solids discarded.
I'm thinking of extracting the juice with a juicer (as i drink the juice occasionally anyway ) and using that.
Could somebody advise me on how much pure juice to use per gallon?
