I gotta know, Does anyone else use their off season bush trimmings for flavor in their bbq and smoking? I have tried it a few times with pork and chicken. It worked quite well for me when I was aiming for a sweeter smoke, but what about you guys?
I put them on later in the cook because the ones I had burned fast, but super scented!
