I started my first attempt At skeeter pee a few days ago. I didn’t have and Tannin so I used some black tea leaves and an entire banana cut up. I glossed over sanitizing the banana. Any thoughts on if the banana peel and all with throw off the fermentation, And what to look/smell for?

I’m sure you’ll get replies from more experienced SP experts, but I’ve done 4 batches of Dragon Blood, and put 2 lbs of bananas, with skin in each. My general understanding is it adds to the body and mouth feel without adding a banana taste. I certainly don’t taste it. But I’m not sure how it affects SP. It anything, I’m sure it will help the fermentation, especially if the banana is very overripe and the starch has been converted to sugar.
