I started a batch of strawberry wine over the summer and am looking to backsweeten it. I'm thinking of using a mixture of red grape juice and strawberry margarita mixer. The grape juice should be no problemo, but the strawberry mix is what I am hesitant about. Any cons to adding that? I know i will have to wait before bottling to allow it to clear. (Also i have already stabilized it )
