What is an approximate timeline for brix development in red grapes such as Cab Sauv in the central California valley?
I'm particularly interested in when approximately 8 brix is reached (for potential adjustment to spray schedule). Does 8 brix typically happen 2 weeks, 4 weeks, ?, after veraison?
Is there a good chart or timeline out there that shows when we can typically expect certain brix levels?
