I am making a batch of apple ale from a kit. I added 3 gallons of apple cider at the end of the boil. It has been in the secondary carboy for about 3 weeks now and I am still seeing CO2 bubbles coming up. Is this normal to still be fermenting this long ? The temp is 72 degrees. Any help will be appreciated. Also, does it hurt anything for the beer to stay in the secondary this long ?
