I bottles 2 different wines today. A Vintner's Harvest Blueberry wine & an Apple [from fresh apples]. At the end of this I ended up with 1/2 of each batch left over so I threw them together and made a "mixed" bottle.. Anyone else ever do this? I am wondering how this will turn out???

AS long as you drank it and tasted good it may give you an idea for the next round.

I do that all the time. Some great, some good, some not so good. I normally drink it right then though. I have never saved the bottle to age or anything like that. Might have to give it a try sometime.

1 of my best batches came from a bunch of left overs from previous batches, it was a gallon batch by the time I was done and could never be duplicated.

I see no problems with this. Being more of a beer man myself, I know some brews are a blend (like Newcastle brown ale), and there's always the black & tan.

Let us know how it tastes
