Strike while the natural lager temps are right! It's chilling now. Should be a red lager. I'm using up a lot of old supplies so this recipe is a mish-mash. We'll see.

English Medium Crystal
Belgian Debittered Black
Maris Otter LME
Medium DME
Fuggles for bittering only
Maltodextrin
Clarity Ferm
Safelager S-23

Not bad straight out of primary after nine days. Nice nose. Malt forward, should be an easy drinker. Using Safelager S-23. Now a little diacetyl rest in secondary and then back in the cool. Should turn out 6-7% ABV. Just drinking this little sample gave me a buzz.
