Started this several hours ago & nothing much is happening yet. I followed the directions to the letter. Only thing is, the room I ferment in is only about 70* right now. Do I need to belt this to get it going or just be patient?

Of course I could just throw some SuperStart at it

Welcome flinger. Just be patient. A few hours is not enough time for all kits to begin. It should go within 24-48 hours. Probably you don't need the belt at 70.
 
I did the Barolo about a month ago. I remember this one took about 24-36 hours to start going. Bulk aging now, but a taste test already shows good flavors.
 
So, how is it doing, ratflinger? Are those little yeasties doing their happy work?
