Started agave wine on Memorial weekend. Used organic light agave. Did a one to one ration on agave and water, added 1/2 cup of lime juice. Started yeast with nutrient, then pitched it 24hrs later. Starting SG was 1.160. Since have added nutrient 2 more times and then added 1 additional yeast packet about 1 week ago. SG is at 1.100?
Any help would be appreciated.

What was the yeast? An SG of 1.160 ain't for the weak hearted. That is a lot of sugar in solution and may be too concentrated to allow the yeast to transport sugars through cell walls. A bit like a human trying to drink a bottle of olive oil at one sitting.

Agreed.
