Adding yeast

Hi to all
I have just made my very first lot of some tea wine,but I stupidly mislaid the yeast I had bought,how long will the mix be ok before I get out to buy some more yeast?

It's good for at least 24hrs.

If you have added some sulphite you will be fine for even a bit longer as 24 hours, maybe even a few days.

However if you did not add sulphite you might be in danger from the beginning on............

I had a 30 liter dandelion must (4500 flowers) gone south because I thought boiling water would kill all nasties.
Ever heard off air-born yeast and bacteria ?????
