I'm currently in the proces of making 20L Elderflower cider, I want to make 10L of Sparkling en 10L still.
Now I accidentally put the fill 20L through a filter (MK4 Filter Pads 000 Sterile). I'm quite certain I filtered most if not all yeast, can I add new yeast through half of my batch before botteling, and how much should I add?

ABV 6%
Available yeast: Arsegan Sweet Cider

  • 1 bag is sufficient for 10-20 liters of wine or must (without yeast starter) or up to 100 liters at the same time as yeast starter / activator.
  • Contains 6% Sorbitol as unfermentable sugar.
  • Achieves alcohol content 8-10%.
  • Temperature range: 10 - 30 ° C.
  • Saccharomyces Cerevisiae var. Cerevisiae.
