Hi
I am getting ready to rack my second time, should I add sugar now if I want it sweeter or should I wait till bottling?:rolleyes:
 
You add sugar when fermentation is done and only after adding both k-meta and sorbate to prevent a renewed fermentation. Make a simple syrup by mixing cups of sugr with 1 cup of boiling water and then let it cool and add slowly so as not to over sweeten your wine.
