We made a couple wines from juice buckets and my wife was not real happy with them. so we added both back to carboy and added sinple syrup to sweeten them and now much better. has anyone added frozen fruit juice to there wines? if so how did you go about this.?

Yes i have. Apple wine back sweeten with apple concentrate. And cranberry with cranberry concentrate ( which is probably half apple juice) .
Treat with k sorbate and k meta regardless juice content listing label.
Have used strait juice from frozen frozen fruit too.
Considering canned wine base.
It adds to clearing time.

you can use juice to backsweeten, but keep in mind it generally has much less % sugar by volume, so you'll dilute your wine more (lower alcohol) than using a syrup.
