Hi..

I'm new to wine making .. and I still learning ...

I want to make a wine from Welch's red and white juice..

and i'm wondering how to know that my juice really needs Acid Blend?

what should the ph level number be to add acid blend before fermenting?

if I didn't add sugar should i add acid blend?

I hope you understand what i mean :)

thanks

I've never made wine from Welch's so this is a guess, for the red you want your ph to be around 3.5. For the white a little bit lower like 3.2. Adding or not adding sugar probably has little to do with the pH.

thank you for ur answer

but these numbers are the final result (after the wine is done)

i mean what is the ph level should be before fermenting?

if the juice is 3.5 (before fermenting) should i add?
if the juice is 4 (before fermenting) should i add?

how do you decide if this juice needs acid blend or not? depends on what?

and the same thing to the white

thanks :)
