Accuvin Malic Acid Test Kit

Anyone with experience with these? I ordered it for my MLF. Hopefully they are accurate...

I have used them in the past. But only to decide that I am below 50 ppm of malic acid. They work great for me for that. But even after they say I am below that level, I wait another 2-3 weeks.

A chromatography kit doesn't give amounts of malic left, just an indication that there is malic. Both are usable. For me the Acuvin serves just fine and I generally only have one Mlf going at a time, so it's what I use. If I had several going at a time, I would use chromatography.

I am making about 50 gallons this fall... i'll have a few vessels going
