A good Mead recipe

Does anyone have a really good Mead recipe?

I jsut looked in the Mead and Recipes sections and a quick glance found 4-5 mead recipes. Good? Well, that's subjective. You'll just have to pick one and give it a try. Look for anything that says Mead, Melomel, Cyzer, or Pyment (Or JAOM).

duffy, take a look around the above link, lots of stuff including recipes about mead. Enough in there to get you started.

Pretty good site all around, while your there take a look around at some of the other stuff in there.
