Other 7.9 gallon fermenter for FWK

I'm reading through the instructions for my new finer wine kit and it calls for a 7.9 gallon bucket, I only have a 6.5 right now. Will it foam over in the 6.5?

If it’s a red and has skin packs I would not try to use the 6.5, better to use 2 buckets. A white, you might get by.

It's a moscato so no skins

I agree with @Ohio Bob, you're probably ok.

That said, check the fermenter first thing in the morning, when you get home from work, and before you go to bed.

I successfully fermented my FWK Riesling in a 7gal vessel (stainless steel fermenter targeted toward beer) - I think you'll be fine!
