Anybody have anybody have recommendations for a 23L vessel with a spigot? Trying to get away from glass carboys because they are a pain to move and clean.
I currently have (2) 30L Speidel and (2) 20L Speidel fermenters (love these things and highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new fermenter).
I typically use the 20L vessels for bulk aging and the 30L for fermentingaand the 23L carboys for the clearing pricess. The issue I am running in to is I just finished a 23L batch that I put through EM and am getting ready to rack and press the grape skins, but I need a vessel to store the wine to clarify. I am worried that there is too much head space in the 30L vessel to store the wine while it clears. I really do not want to rack to the 20L and dispose of 3L. Anybody have any ideas on how to tackle this dilemma?
