Thanks for asking - it’s very good. It will continue to improve. The wedding is in May so I’m hoping the next 4 months really has a great effect.

Nice!! How long on the skins? Did you press them, or just drain the FR juice? How old are the vines?

I did filter (Polish Pads) with my four plate Buon Vino - I do normally filter white wines as any particulate is unsavory to the drinker. I don't filter red wines, however. But, will say, it was pretty clean going into the filtration system.

@oenophilosopher - 13 day ferment. Hydraulic basket press at 1 bar. I don't know how old the vines are. I've journaled the whole process beginning with post #1 in this string.
