Very excited!
I just ordered my first frozen juice bucket from midwest.
2008 Sangiacomo Home Ranch Vineyard Chardonnay

Only have done kits in the past.

Any words of wisdom?

I have also started my first juice from Midwest, Sav. Blanc mine has been fermenting for 9 days ( a little slow) keep me posted on your progress and I will do the same

Question about topping off and MLF

I just transferred to a 5-gallon carboy and am a little short of filling to the neck. Should I top off now? It is still working a little bit. This wine will go through MLF. Should I wait to top off before MLF??
