Looking for some feedback from folks on their fav 100+ gal fermentation vessels. (Let's say 100-150gal...to limit the range)
Interested to understand which style/brand - provides the easiest/best design for racking a fermented vino into a bulk aging vessel via a pump system -- minimizing lees disturbance.
