So far these are my only Winery series kits but I...

Probably indefinitely as long as you keep the airlock topped up and maintain the sulfite level.

    Disposable Carboys

I have glass, plastic, BB and a water bottle and have had no problems using the water bottle......... I only age in the glass ones, but prefer using the plastic ones for wines that will be bottled in 6 wks or so, such as Orchard breezin etc....

RJ Spagnols Grand Cru International Brunello or Barolo?

I made the Cru Select Brunello and Barolo 3 months ago and really like them both, I would probably choose the Barolo first. I also made a Mosti Barolo which I think is slightly better than the cru select. Although I have not made a red kit yet that I did not like :d

    RJ Spagnols Comparible cost

Actually his regular retail price is Winery series $100 Cru select $90 Grand Cru int $70 I pay $10 less than his regular retail, because I live 60 miles away, would never brew on premises, pay ca$h and buy 30 kits per year. My business is just a bonus for him. My local wine making shop...

    RJ Spagnols Comparible cost

Well I think that wine kits even though they are mostly manufactured in Canada are one of the very very few products that we can buy cheaper than you guys in the US. C'mon, we deserve at least 1 deal, it may as well be wine kits :try because we get the shaft on everything else !

    Total Cost per Bottle(?)

I mostly make kits ranging from RJ Spagnols Grand cru int $60 to Winery series $90 so $2 to $3 per bottle plus 20c for cork, + time and energy to clean and re-use bottles and carboys etc..... Consumables such as cleaners, sanitizers, tubes, labels etc add a few cents to each batch...

    RJ Spagnols Comparible cost

Absolutely priceless ! Because I really enjoy all the different wines I make and if I had to buy them commercially, I would not be able to afford to drink anywhere near as much as I can if I make it. I think the cheapest wines in our liquor store are $10 and the most expensive kits I make...
